set-up team

Set-up volunteers are a vital component of keeping Cornerstone running smoothly. On a typical Sunday, the Set-up team arrives at 8:30am to begin preparations for the service. Tasks include arranging chairs and tables, setting up the parents' room, preparing tea and coffee, and looking after the general cleanliness of the church facilities. After the service, the team is responsible for refreshing the tea and coffee while people fellowship, cleaning up, and putting things back in their place. The team normally finishes around 1pm.


The Set-up team is a wonderful place for anyone who desires to exercise or grow in the spiritual discipline of service. No special skills or talents are necessary; just a willingness to serve and the ability to perform light work.
